We recently upgraded a client’s front decking area as the original decking had become rotten and unusable.
We re-strengthened the joists and laid new decking on top.

We recently completed another deck for a client – their back area was an existing concrete pad with surrounding garden. We converted the outdoor area to make it a child and user friendly space.
We also built a new gate down the side of the property to fully enclose the area.

Handrail & Gate, Thorndon
Demolished existing handrail as was rotten and unsafe. Constructed new handrail and gate to match existing.
Sleep-out revamp, Johnsonville
Sleep-out reamp which included new kitchen installed, new bathroom linings and fittings, new carpet, lino and painting.

Bedroom renovations, Island Bay
New ceiling battens installed to level out the 70-85mm sag in both bedrooms and new ceiling gib put up. Decorators then worked their magic gib stopping and painting, and floor sanders came in to bring the floors back up to their former glory. We then installed new doors and hardware to finish off the job.
